Equipment

  • Small frying pan

  • Chopsticks or fork

  • Small bowl

  • Knife & chopping board

  • Lid for melting cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Buldak Carbonara Ramen (your preferred spice level)

  • 250 ml water

  • ½ cup cream

  • 1 Buldak seasoning packet

  • 1 full Buldak spicy sauce packet

  • Mozzarella cheese (as much as you like)

  • 1 soft-boiled egg (runny yolk)

  • Fried sausages (optional but highly recommended)

  • Green onions, chopped

  • Chili oil of your choice

Instructions

Cook the Noodles

Heat a small frying pan and add 250 ml water.

Add the Buldak noodles and cook until 60% done (2–3 minutes).

Drain the excess water, while leaving the noodles with a few tablespoons of water.

Make the Carbonara Sauce

Add ½ cup cream to the pan.

Mix in the entire seasoning packet and full spicy sauce packet.

Stir well with chopsticks until it becomes glossy and creamy.

Add the Cheese

Sprinkle the grated mozzarella on top of the noodles.

Cover the pan with a lid and let it melt for 1 minute.

Top & Serve

Add a runny soft-boiled egg.

Add fried sausages if using.

Finish with chopped green onions and chili oil.

Serve immediately.
